Texas A&M "Midnight Yell" Before Appalachian State

When they played here in 2007 these jagoffs were on the boardwalk on southbeach doing this routine at 12am. If they tried that in 2022 there would have been a shooting.

I ran into one of their super fan alumni in st. Augustine once. Got her number and were supposed to hang out that weekend. I couldn't believe the weird out nowhere text I got from her later that evening. Some crap about a case about a murder in her family had been brought back open and she would be unavailable. It was long, like 4 different texts just out of the blue. I think I only responded back with one quick text but long story short...

Pretty sure she's the killer.

it is cringeworthy for many reasons. first take a look in the mirror. half of these people are west Texas hillbillies and they are calling people from North Carolina hillbillies. second, they are intentionally trying to offend their opponents. this is hard to pull off and come off as not crossing the line and also not just seeming like they have bad sportsmanship. I am not I repeat not saying this because I am old etc. but it just doesn't work.

I attended Midnight Yell with my boys last time we played them. Sure, they will say a few annoying and innappropriate comments, but I enjoyed myself (I am a sucker for tradition). When they introduced the school president and noted that she was formerly at FIU I chuckled. She did her best at trying to poke fun at Miami, but failed miserably. I knew right then we were going to win the next day.
Was she sober? She sure as **** wasn't sober the next day when ABC interviewed her....

How bad do you think those guys want to use the N word?
Desperately. You know that on Friday, there will be some dogwhistles in regards to Miami, it's TAMU. It's who they are. It's why despite being automatically admitted due to my class rank(Texas Top 10% law), I straight up told my parents that I would rather attend Community College than go to TAMU...
