I NEVER said he didn't "earn the job".

Someone else speculated that the DELAY was over him (incorrectly) needing to "earn the job".

So I responded that the delay was not about him having to "earn the job". It was about waiting for an answer from a guy who had already been offered the job.

Stop acting like a no-reading-comp snowflake.

I'm sure if we surveyed enough wives of CIS members, we'd find a surprisingly high percentage of guys who "weren't the first choice".

It happens. It's not personal. Just factual.

You don't have to be the first choice, you just have to be the right choice.

I have no issue with the hiring, but for those cheering hiring from within, that also did in Clemson.

I would say comparing an internal hire/promotion by Mario to what Dabo has done at Clemson
is a little extreme.

We heard about all the discourse between JT/Guidry etc and it was pretty obvious there was truth there

With NIL and constant roster turnover, the cohesive system is critical. Probably more important than the individual parts
