**** Pete!
Would love to know besides the coaching job he’s done.. what else he had to do to “prove it” lol
The true villian in the movie Titanic...
You know "drinking Ultras" is not a flex, right? It is not even really drinking.Talked to him in Vegas while I was playing video poker and drinking Ultras at Venetian.
Wasn't trying to flex but ok.You know "drinking Ultras" is not a flex, right? It is not even really drinking.

Read between the lines on this one. There was a certain name from a certain school that came up twice in the last few months. Twice it seemed like it would happen, and then twice it went cold. Now we have moved forward.Ok fair but why take so long to make the announcement? I don’t think there’s been a lot of coaching moves for the last couple of months if at all. So why not just announce this a month ago?Mario won't give him a shot if he didn't earn it. He coached well at J State, pays his dues. Also, he clearly ain't afraid to recruit. Problem with Mario is he's like Saban, working for his is not for everyone.
Is it due to HR taking long time for contracts etc?
Is there a competitive advantage to the delay?
Or is it just Mario saying “**** everyone, I do things on my own timeline”??
I’m not complaining as I’m fine with any of those reasons but just genuinely curious
Not about “earning the job”. More about being patient until someone else declines the job offer.Great for him, he put his pride aside, put in the work to prove himself, and earn the job. Have to respect that!!
doesn't matter what "came up" Heatherman's name didnt "come up" until last minute. NO ONE knows what Mario is thinking in his head. You could be right tho. Just sayin he's super secretive.Read between the lines on this one. There was a certain name from a certain school that came up twice in the last few months. Would that certain school happen to be familiar with @Cajuncane and does said coach’s first name rhyme with whorey… or are we past him and fixated on the next Trooper Taylor???Read between the lines on this one. contracts dont get done until they get done - even if it isn't contentious. I personally was working in a job 3 months and getting paid before my "deal" was done years ago, and the trades announcement didn't hit til a month laterOk fair but why take so long to make the announcement?
