This article has some valid points, but some really bad ones.

First, they fail to mention that Shannon Dawson helped form Ward into the potential #1 pick. Yet they basically insinuate that Bobo is a better coach than Dawson. Most Georgia fans want Bobo gone as quickly as possible.

Second, they fail to mention that Georgia’s receiving core was terrible. Smart has recruited poorly there. The article just assumes because it is Georgia then they have great receivers. His best receiver in the past few years was a late blooming 3 star. At the same time Miami is loaded at that position.

I'm not going to read that article.

But I wanted to point out that a LOT of the articles we now see on our Google feeds are AI-authored. They are NOT written by actual sportswriters, and you will frequently see that the "names" of the authors are foreign and do not represent an actual real person who works in sports media.

**** is getting crazy out there. No more fact-checking, lots of "sports-sounding names" of fake sports news outlets.

Yeah, I get it, it's the internet. Still, don't believe everything you need. Check the source. Be wary.

The worst being EssentiallySports, complete AI aggregation of other sites’ articles, and they clearly have bots/people on payroll to spam their **** because it’s all over Reddit from accounts with zero other activity. And people eat it up. Mind blowing.

Agreed, this is definitely a biased piece, however I am not sure why. The guy is from Tennessee, however he grew up watching the Canes.

Its a pretty short article, and not a lot of detail, I would be interested in some elaboration from his behalf.

This isn’t one of the typical AI generated articles that MSN tends to pull a lot of but it’s still drivel. The weird assumption that Georgia is a better place for a quarterback to improve his draft stock is based solely off “Georgia has been one of the best teams the last decade and Miami has been mediocre”. It’s pretty much the national opinion held by people who don’t know that much about college football. They have too much talent, especially on defense to completely fall off but don’t be surprised if Georgia’s offense falls back to what it was during the late Richt/early Smart seasons.

The article basically says some NFL scout thought is was a bad move, but it may end up being a good move ala Cam Ward. I mean, probably some facts to it.

Injury. Sustained. In. SEC. CHAMPIONSHIP. Game.

Let that sink in. This supposedly trash ahh qb was good enough to lead his team to the championship game of the supposed best conference in College Football.

I'm not the biggest Beck fan and there are a more than a few reasonable reasons to list as to why one doesn't think he's a great Qb.

I didn't see any of those reasons in this article.

I expect Beck to outplay most of our fans expectations. I think he is in for a big year and I expect another 1st RD QB pick for Miami. We will see. He will have his opportunity to tell NFL teams why he left UGA, rather than this could be red flag by somene. If he's a top pick, they will inquire about his relationship break up, no stone unturned.
