This. Recruiting coordinator. U let him and Field lose and watch them work.
He could likely get a position role at FAU following Willie. So does he take an admin role at a bigger program or position role at a smaller program? My guess is he'd rather actually coach.

The UM engineering department also got a supercollider up and running, established contact with multiple alternate universes, and we learned Manny is currently consulting with the alternate Butch Davis who stayed at Miami and won fifteen of the last twenty national championships. It’s been a whirlwind few hours!

The U's problems have less to do with coaches, schemes, plays, indoor
practice facilities&etc.and more about the pampered recruit.Across the
country you build them residences only for them, separate dining rooms
just for them, supply them a medical staff just for them.Look at Bama
weight room, looks like the lobby of the Ritz Carlton. Now every D-1
team has to follow that to keep up.
But its a tough problem for the U,don't keep up and you will not
catch up!

That is going to be the downfall of football at many of those schools.

- No means to tamp down on crippling debt brought about by accelerated tuition
- Luxurious player only facilities with amenities like golf courses and special dining halls
- Cutbacks in non athletic spending whenever the next recession happens

This is a recipe for turning a student body against an athletic program.
