Scary, isn't it?It's not that the article will now change Mario's mind, it's that Mario already knew this and still choose gattis in the first place

Scary, isn't it?
Mario's previous offensive coordinator - Joe Moorhead - had Gattis as his WR Coach at Penn State and as stated in the article that is what he runs. Mario won two Pac12 titles, and a Rose Bowl with that offense. Its pretty obvious the connection Gattis had to Mario...it wasn't some bamboozling. It's not that the article will now change Mario's mind, it's that Mario already knew this and still choose gattis in the first place
Joe Moorhead's offense at Oregon and the Gattis O at Miami have a lot in common but Gattis is missing some key things. I just saw a ton more 11 personnel with SPREAD sets. He also had a HOT route with the RB as a dump off/check down in the flats on most plays. With his 12 personnel, almost always confused the LB or S covering one of the TEs for a wide open play. Due to his SPREAD, the run lanes were bigger, the pass rush was less, and he actually rolled the QB out some as well.To Poggi, Gattis knew the system that he’d learned under Joe Moorhead well, but several other assistants weren’t on board.

This O is a cross between Pat Nix and.... Oh forget it. This O is so bad it can't be a cross between any known offenses. If Pat Nix and Dan Enos had a love child O, it would be better than this.Mooreheads O at PSU with McSorely, Barkley, & Godwin was nasty. This is nowhere near that offense. Doesn’t look like it whatsoever.

As I said “ toxic and ego”. He wasted no time doing the same here.Feldman just published an article on Harbaugh’s consigliere who was hired last year and his first order of business? Fixing the massive divide among the offensive staff, mainly between Gattis and other O staffers…
They fixed the issues, at least temporarily given how the season ended up, but it wasn’t enough to keep Gattis on staff or prevent Gattis from ripping his former employer on his way out. Also quite clear which side of that divide came out in a better position…
“…He watched how Gattis and his assistants interacted and quickly detected a clear division in the room between the coaches who were with Gattis and those who were not.
“It was shocking how apparent that was,” Poggi says. If that didn’t get resolved, he was sure Michigan was going to stink on offense, and if that was indeed the case, the Wolverines were in deep trouble. It was time to intervene.
“There’s support here, but it’s divided between Josh and what he wants to do, and some other legacy ideas.” To Poggi, Gattis knew the system that he’d learned under Joe Moorhead well, but several other assistants weren’t on board.
“We have a 60-40 room here. And we’re gonna fail as an organization because of this,” Poggi said.

Meet Michigan's Biff Poggi: Jim Harbaugh's consigliere is the most interesting man in coaching
In a high school coach who built a national powerhouse from scratch, the Wolverines found the man who helped right the ship in Ann Arbor.theathletic.com

The article paints Gattis in a better light than portrayed by most on the Board, for sure.Mario's previous offensive coordinator - Joe Moorhead - had Gattis as his WR Coach at Penn State and as stated in the article that is what he runs. I'm pretty convinced no one is actually reading the article in here. It refutes a lot of the CIS fan fiction they've created about this guy.
But it's also clear from the article that Gattis has butted heads with coaches at both Miami and Michigan now.
A lot of people have said, gattis runs the offense Mario wants, whether you wanted to believe that or not, I think people were hoping since gattis wasn't the first choice there was the possibility the style of offense could change.Mario's previous offensive coordinator - Joe Moorhead - had Gattis as his WR Coach at Penn State and as stated in the article that is what he runs.
