While we're at it, let's also bring back Jimmy Johnson, Dave Wannstedt, Dennis Erickson, Gary Stevens, Tony Wise, Dave Campo, Hubbard Alexander, Joe Brodsky, Bob Bratkowski, Sonny Lubick, Tommy Tuberville, Alex Wood, Dave Arnold, Bob Karmelowicz, Gregg Smith, Rich Olson, Greg McMackin, Larry Coker, Chuck Pagano, Bill Miller, Greg Mark, Don Soldinger, Greg Schiano, Randy Shannon, Rob Chudzinski, and Art Kehoe. Lol...All BS aside....Howards too old....But that 40yr old Playbook turned CFB on its F-ing Wishbone and Veer heads respectively.....See...Howard...JJ..and lastly Butch were visionaries...One brought Pro-Style Off to CFB the likes nobody saw up to that point....JJ completely changed the mindset of CFB Defenses....And Butch showed CFB that under the most adverse conditions, and through thorough evaluating, you can not only still have a competitive team...but the Greatest ever.....In yr 3 (81) We beat #1 Penn St with Schnelly....In yr 3 (86) We played for NC with JJ....In yr 3 (91) We win NC with Erickson....Not gonna include Butch...because in yr 3 of his tenure (97)...he was lucky enough to have enough kids to field a practice....No more excuses.....

Nice history lesson and if you look at year three of Coker, Randy, and Golden I bet you find failure was evident. Year three matters. Oh, one thing, JJ actually had NC on the table in year two against TN in Sugar bowl but blew it, but year three clearly showed he was the real thing.
