Like two weeks ago I came home and they were replaying the 2018 championship between Alabama and Georgia. It was the fourth quarter and Georgia was winning. I was amazed at the level of athleticism size and speed all over the field on both teams. The fact that Alabama was able to come back was impressive

And yet despite all that talent speed and size it still took uga another four years to actually win it.

Some are hoping that Mario Will have us in the championship by 2025. That may happen or may not happen but watching that game made one thing blatantly clear. It is extremely hard to amass that much talent and make a cohesive unit that can win a championship.

On the positive side I feel we have one of only a handful of coaches that may actually realize what it takes to get to that level. Very few coaches have been part of what it takes to get to that level both as a player and as a coach.
