I agree. They have to luck up with their next hire. I think it comes down to what they expect. If they are expecting a 10 win team next year from a new coach then they will be disappointed and be in the gutter for 15 years because they are delusional. If they think the new coach can fix their issues like defense, preparedness, and their oline struggles that is about another two years but they have to be realistic and expect 7 or 8 wins.However, those issues are like 5 years old. Jimbo struggles with those issues back in 2014 too.
