Was much, much better. 3rd defense was much, much better.

That being said, it was duke. It wasn't last years duke either....

Question is, can we have two games in a row with good defense?

Great tackling that game, I was really impressed Corn Elder, he made a few open field 1 on 1 tackles that were really nice. Me thinks he needs to play more.

I dunno. I think the tackling on the whole was still weak but we gang tackled finally. Guys were still missing a lot but there was usually someone to back them up

I think he cemented a starter role last night. Played really well.

Agree on corn and i also likes gunter getting snaps at safety. I think these two are prob most underrated on our team.

Yes, Elder tackles really well. As much as Tracy Howard gets all ****ed off and agitated all the time, and from what some have said, complains about playing time, he's got no one to blame but himself. Howard missed multiple one on one tackles last week, while Elder tackled cleanly and surely whenever he got the one on one.
