I’d absolutely take Pena, then try to add a fast guy from a lower level program trying to move up with 2yrs eligibility remaining that is a bit of a higher risk play. Maybe you can get a little higher quality of Ray Ray enters portal and it frees up some more money

Then get another WR but I'm not turning Pena down because he lined up in the slot last year. However that's Mario's decision. To answer your question no Pena isn't the only WR I would take. If we take Pena then we are getting another as well.

The slot is the #1 receiver in Dawson’s offense. From Tank Dell at Houston to X for Miami, the slot is always the leading receiver in Dawson’s offense.
