Surgery for Mali

You guys are grasping at straws saying Wingo, Jacob’s, Stafford going to step up. Take off your canes glasses. We are screwed. It doesn’t work that way. We lost practically the best player in the college. It’s over fellas, we are cooked. Mario needs to focus on the next portal QB via back channels and finalize this recruiting class. We will not even make the ACC ship i feel. You don’t just get over this and expect guys who have no production to suddenly at the crucial moments of the season make plays. The injury curse got to us this year unfortunately

ND is likely down their nickel back and starting safety, Mike linebacker and two starting DT's. Stop *****ing and whining......other players will have to make plays and Mensah will have to prove he's the Heisman favorite!!!'nn
They’re not down their nickel. Their nickel is #29 Christian Gray. They’re down an outside corner, McKinney. He’ll be replaced by #12 Jayden Sanders, who is a high risk, high reward Corner. Moore will be back, but he’s returning from a concussion. He’ll have to tackle Mallory and Fletcher and probably Lofton.

They have their problems.

You named a particular player (you are not the only one) and attributed blame to him, even if you think you didn't. When has it EVER been necessary to name the Miami player involved in a tackle that injured another Miami player? Go ahead and search his name and see how many jackals are giving him **** for "injuring" Malachi. It needs to stop.
I didn’t mention a particular player by name bcuz I don’t know who did it. All I was told it was a young player. Could’ve been anyone. Miss me with it. GO CANES!!!

The slot is so important to dawsons offense that I don’t think we trust it to a freshman. It’s gotta be Upshaw or barkate taking it over full time with Vance as relief. Jmo

Whatever. You mentioned a "younger player" and it's obvious it was a DB because Malachi is a WR.

Doesn't leave too many healthy-player options.

It is not, and never was, relevant or necessary to single out a player, even by age characteristics, in order to unfairly blame and target that player for an unfortunate and unintentional injury.

For my guy @RVACane

I understand for many of you, this is the end. You think the season is over & we're going to lose a bunch of games.

I however do not.

I believe in our HC
I believe in our OC
I believe in our WR Corps
I believe in our TE Corps
I believe in the Team.

Obviously, Malachi Toney is a HUGE HUGE part of the Offense, given his incredible ability & high usage rate. But, our entire Offense is not just Malachi, while at times it certainly appears that way due to how often Mensah feeds him, but I'm fairly certain we will still be able to move the ball & score within the same frequency.

Again, I know this is devastating news for most of you & you will cry & sulk for the foreseeable future, trust me I get it.

Just have a little faith in the team you root for fellas, the season is not over yet, I promise.
The ones saying the season is over are the same ones who by this with their paycheck on Friday's.
