Surgery for Mali

I understand for many of you, this is the end. You think the season is over & we're going to lose a bunch of games.

I however do not.

I believe in our HC
I believe in our OC
I believe in our WR Corps
I believe in our TE Corps
I believe in the Team.

Obviously, Malachi Toney is a HUGE HUGE part of the Offense, given his incredible ability & high usage rate. But, our entire Offense is not just Malachi, while at times it certainly appears that way due to how often Mensah feeds him, but I'm fairly certain we will still be able to move the ball & score within the same frequency.

Again, I know this is devastating news for most of you & you will cry & sulk for the foreseeable future, trust me I get it.

Just have a little faith in the team you root for fellas, the season is not over yet, I promise.

That's why I'm not buying this came strictly from practice TODAY. I mean, it might've made it worse but he's definitely been dealing with it.
it didnt. it was def tweaked again in practice and im sure further testing showed either play on it or have the surgery now and be completely healthy in 30 days
He must’ve felt good enough to practice on it. I’d like to think our med staff was giving him rest days

Shopping in the mid bin for portal WR, always said we should on consolidated the NIL and go get one real DUDE.. Very unfortunate
Dawson loves to feed the slot receiver. First Restrepo then Mali. Not many teams if any have a two time 1,000 yard WR on the roster that got pushed down the pecking order because he happened to be playing with the best weapon in college football. Barkate can play and Dawson had the best offense in college football in 2024 when Mali was till at Heritage. It'll be different not nearly as spectacular but we'll score points
