former player, think he does player development stuff...Who is Joel Rodriguez and what does he do?
I would almost bet money Diaz will find some guys just for analytics.
Sold him unbelievably short and the fact that the first guy diidn't know who he was is telling. He chose Miami over Harvard. Was a two time first team All American tackle. Got his MBA while still at Miami. Played in the pros for a few years and made money in the private sector Not to diminish his intentions but was able to pick this up as a hobby. Would be a great OLine coach at some point.Joel is a UM football alum who has been handling a lot of the community outreach and those types of projects with the players. Im sure he does a lot more. Not 100% sure how has role will change with Diaz. He is also THE KEEPER OF THE CHAIN on gameday.

That's a good staff of support/ analyst staff on board... Yet would still support a couple more,.. Cato like LCL said, LCL himself and Lance for analytics!
lance lives in missouri IIRC, he ain't go nowhere.I agree, they need to hire @Lance Roffers on staff in some form of support role.

Ed Reed want that smoke? He would be excellent.
Jon Vilma too when he vacates ESPN.
Vacates? Vilma is probably making 5x as much at ESPN for 1/10th the work. Not to mention his business ventures. Not gonna happen.
Those network analyst gigs don't last forever. Plus he's always on campus anyways. Not putting it past Manny.
Make it so!Is Matt Canada unemployed still ?
Would love to pay him a couple bands to just game plan and scheme against our opponents all while living in paradise.
