Actually the sun bowl is technically considered better than the pinstripe bowl. The bowl payout is higher in the sun the bowl

Gotta love Duke (4-4 in conference) and NC State (3-5) jumping over us (5-3) and Pitt (6-2) for desirable bowls.

Definitely will be cheering on Miss. St. and Indiana against those North Carolina teams. And fck UNC as well.
 
Pretty sure the ACC has nothing to do with it. The bowls make their selections of the teams within the conference that they want. So we probably got passed up on by the higher tier 1 ACC bowls.

Doesn't matter. The ACC pools and splits most of the revenue.

The link is for 2014-2015. Not sure how it changes for this year. "All bowl revenue is divided equally after expense allotments for the participating teams and is included in annual distribution along with other conference revenue."

The difference in these bowls is huge. Spending Xmas in NYC is a lifetime event. Thanks to the outgoing staff for doing this. You know Richt and crew are flying in on a private Jet about an hour before the game.
 
not scared of wazzou, its actually a team we can push around, there aren't many at the top 30-35 level
