Stopped reading at demote Jon Richt........that dude should be working at some high school if that. How do you keep a coach that for 3 years did absolutely nothing to improve himself, the QBs or getting QBs to come to Miami

If Jon Richt is anywhere near the coaching facility, it better just be driving by in his car to go get groceries or something. You got some real mental issues if you want that guy involved in the slightest way.

Hire a special teams analyst to help Hartley plan and scheme.

Bring back Ken Dorsey as offensive Assistant . That QB room is going to need a lot of TLC to get right.

Oh and Thomas brown is rehired as RB coach at $275k.

Ron Dugans and Hartley can stay the same.

I like that o line coach from Memphis. He'd be my firsr choice.

I doubt he'd get a new DC or let go of his boy patke but I totally agree with everything else. I would love to see us get corey raymond to be DC/cornerback coach

Leave the defensive staff alone and on offense fire Searles and Richt. Hire an OC, QB Coach, and O-line Coach. Diaz has a good relationship with the staff, especially Brown and Hartley.
