Dugans wasn’t a home run either.

Great players can mask bad coaching and vice versa.

You or me could coach Alabama WRs, we would look great! All the first rounders we are sending to the league, stacking the resume. That’s just talent.

Good luck to Stubbs if he’s here. I won’t root against him.

hard to root against, when you dont have a choice as a fan. However, this guys belongs with PEnos and as far away from this team as possible.

I think our evals have went from the best in the country to lower tier, and it has to do with coaching leadership to up the top of the food chain. And trust me I'm trying to look for positive things to say....trust me I am. But I'm not going to change me thoughts u know? Like if someone has a Rumph thread or Stubb's I will repeat my belief in said thread even if it's negative. Isn't that what we are here for?

If someone made 5 Stubb's or Rumph threads and u have positive posters posting there opinion in each that's fine.....but I'm allowed to say "bro he sucks" as well. Even if that thought doesn't line up with what u think. And if that thought doesn't line up and u get upset (that's an argument over an opinion to some and fact to others) isn't that being emotional too? Like u right now your low key upset at my posts.....and that's cool I have no issue with that....just ease up on the teenage girl **** lol. I don't think it's that bad....I could go all out teenager. I get why most fans are upset it's not a good time in football and sometimes we end up attacking each other but we all love the U. Some show it in different ways bro. Richt was not good at Miami. Richt sucked balls at Miami. He was a very slight upgrade to Al Golden, and a moderate upgrade over Manny Diaz, who is the worst Canes coach yet.

It’s amazing how it’s taken everybody 12 months to forget that.

Which WR did he develop in 2019?

Hint: no one.

(I actually like the WRs he went after in recruiting but there are more proven recruiters who also don't develop players)

he was a horrible call against UNC from having back to back 10 wins seasons. his last season he looked sick. He was good. not great.
People forget how most of our 4 loses his first year were because manny got raped by tribusky, ND, etc.

Pretty sure UNC only scored 20 on us. Our offense managed 13, which is why we lost. I agree with your ND assessment, though.

Also, what would our record have been in 2017 if it wasn’t for the defense forcing so many turnovers? We probably would have lost to Syracuse, UNC, and maybe FSU. Your argument cuts both ways. I’m not defending Manure, but Richt’s offense didn’t win us 10 games in 2017.

Was he really sick his last season? That seems like somewhat revisionist history because of his heart attack. People can go from being perfectly well to having heart attacks overnight.

And the bad TD call against UNC, which occurred in the first quarter, was hardly decisive in the least. UNC had the ball at the 5 yard line, so they presumably would have made the 22 yard FG, which would have meant they ultimately would have won 16-13 rather than 20-13. Even in the extreme off chance that UNC missed the FG, that just would have meant the game goes into OT tied at 13.

I didn’t even remember that bad TD call in the 1st quarter against UNC, TBH. I had to google to even know what you were talking about. You remind me of those Ohio State fans who cite every questionable call that went Miami’s way in the first quarter of the Fiesta Bowl (like every game won’t have questionable calls in the first quarter) to argue that OSU should have won in regulation without Terry Porter’s help.

Blown away by how many people are saying the WRs "looked better" this year. They sucked. They didn't do anything well. If they were "better" than 2018, boy that was a low standard.
