Strong "Irritated" With Miami Rumors

Strong is irritated with having to continue discuss it during the season. He hasn't declined interest like other potential candidates. Saying I have the best job is not denying interest in another job.

Man...I understand his lack of immediate success at UT is a turn off to some, but this Bridgewater being the only reason for his success at Louisville is like one of the craziest things I have ever heard. Please stop...Please...I beg of thee

You're right he also had a 1st round wr, can't give Bridgewater all the credit
 
As as Cane fan I am irritated the words "Charlie Strong" are used in the same sentence as the phrase "next Head Coach at Miami". The only worse scenario is Strong as HC with Mario as "Coach In Waiting".

I'm irritated that anyone here think we'll hire someone better or that this is still some Top 5 job. Wake up!

Outside of Butch, I doubt we can do better. (unless you think Chud is better or Richt does in fact get fired)

To add insult to injury, we buy Strong out of his contract at UT when they probably would have fired him a few days later and we wouldn't have had to pay the buyout. Then UM can't fire Strong after he's sucked here for a few seasons because they invested too much in bringing him here.
 
If we are not making a serious run at Tom Herman or someone with monster upside, we should hire Butch now.
