Strength and conditioning....

The great thing with coach diaz, he understands this is a partnership between the players and coaches, and his profound respect he has for the culture of Miami will pay dividends. Coach diaz is ready, he's creating t h e atmosphere he wanted, has energized the team, and the positivity will continue.

Sounds good but strength and conditioning shouldn't be about fun. You go to work in the weight room cause you're hungry and want to get better , be the best you can be.

You couldn’t be more wrong. Working out when you want to get better and want to maximize your potential is fun. That feeling like you’re doing that is both tough and fun. It’s fun and rewarding to push yourself and reach beyond breaking points. Especially for those who felt they weren’t pushed hard enough under Gus

This is what i meant by fun and working parts of the body they never worked on before

That's about as dumb as saying *** shouldn't be fun. Strictly for procreation or cardio.

You're doing it wrong :umuni:

I couldn't agree more. The results are the fun. We're on the same page. All I was trying to say is the feeling that you get when you know you left it all out there is the fun.

I respectfully disagree, or maybe I don't even disagree . Basically I'm saying when you do a farmer's carry and your forearm feels like it's on fire and it may explode that's not fun. Having stronger forearms is "fun" though . Personally I enjoy benching and rows for example but hate bicep work, I do bicep work because the biceps are stabilizers during my bench . The fun for me is feeling stronger not necessarily doing the bicep supersetsfor example . That's just me though.

He said it was "fun to get with the staff", he made no mention that the workouts were fun.
