If you open a Mc Donald’s as the CEO. It’s your job to hire, train and build a culture of success.

If you fail to provide your employees with what they need to succeed it’s on you.

If your employees can only execute when they are “SUPER MOTIVATED” it’s on you.

If they aren’t motivated it’s on you.

If failed to support and develop them it’s on you.

If you fail to support and develop your managers it’s on you.

If you hire the wrong managers it’s on you.

Do you guys think that Bama and Clemson get up for everyone game? After all the wins in the last 5 years....noooooo it’s just business. They execute flawlessly and move on.

Edit: Just to clarify I’m not saying the players get a pass. I just view their lack of commitment, desire and focus as a byproduct of a failing Leader in Manny.

Nah, man.

Not your types.

Not today.

The players associated with this loss should be left in Little Havana with Manny Diaz and the entire coaching staff. They should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed for not only themselves but as a team that represents this University to the public. Absolutely disgraceful performance by the players, too.

Last night was a real life nightmare and everyone involved is to blame and I can't wait for everyone associated with this year to leave the program.

I'm disgusted and if you aren't disgusted, maybe you're a part of the problem.

I don’t know anyone whose not disgusted.

Yeah the players aren’t “faultless”

But I hear and see ppl saying “give him time to get his guys” “the players looked lifeless”

Players looking lifeless and lackadaisical are a by-product of the bigger problem.

Which ultimately is Manny’s failure.

I don't want Manny Diaz's idea of "a guy" anywhere near this team.

We need to cut the cord immediately on this whole operation and everyone associated with it and that includes the players. They should re-evaluate their lives after last night's loss.

Exactly.

You sound like a guy that thinks the government can solve all your problems. No one should be held blameless. That starts at top and goes to bottom.

Jarren Williams
Deejay Dallas - sorry about the injury dude but that was a pathetic blocking effort at the goal line and one of the worst runs I've ever seen on 2nd and short leading to a stalled drive
Dee Wiggins
Mike Harley
Trevon Hill
Jon Garvin
Shaq
Bandy
Ivey
Eff it the whole **** secondary

Get all these kids out of the program ASAP. Pathetic performances all around. Miami needs a total ground zero rebuild to eradicate this insidious culture of losing. I can't keep watching mental midgets **** themselves on the field against scrub teams.

3/3 on abysmal performances after bye weeks. Thats not an indictment of the staff, its a conviction.

what is believe as well. I saw it in the first few players. the one thing that our players looked like was they didn't want to be there. There must be something going on at school during the week. Last few weeks these same players looked night and day different then they did last night. Maybe the course work does not help them. Something is happening. I believe Manny can't get them up.

You don't need to coach up heart, desire or the most-basic fundamentals.

This is high-level college football; these aren't eight year olds playing Optimist league ball.

Watching these me-first, social-media-loving buffoons dancing like idiots on the sidelines while getting their teeth kicked in 16-0 in the third quarter—that ain't coaching.

Yeah, the coaches have failed miserably getting this team to show up—but this ain't 90% on coaches and 10% on players. The blame goes all the way around as there are some straight-up clowns masquerading at Miami football players.

Reminds of me of where things got in those years after Davis left and Coker's recruiting tanked; highly-rated guys (Leggett, Moore, Youngbood, et al) came in and didn't get the culture of work ethic that built the brand and program.

Too many guys on this roster simply don't get it—while guys like DeeJay Dallas, who completely get it, are few and far between.

Companies fail to choose the candidate with the right talent for the job 82% of the time, Gallup finds
