AL was an exception who supposedly had his extension written with language that made him cheaper to fire. Had he done his job, it also had incentives in it to make a better base pay with bonuses.

He failed though. He also got fired after the biggest loss in school history. Had Manny and company gotten blasted like that at FSU, then maybe they consider immediate termination.

While this program is in shambles, it's nowhere near similar to what was going on when Golden got the axe.
 
Ari Gold just booked an appointment at the Hecht Center. Gonna be meeting with Blake and Manny.

Apparently he asked to have a large (dry erase) white board set up in the conference room before he gets there.

And ALL coaches are currently available to coach Miami next year. May not want the job. May not be able to pay them. But as long as there are people and money, coaches are “available”.

We’re not asking them to coach the Canes this Saturday night.

Send the message. Start the ball rolling.

What are they possibly gonna discuss?
Your telling me that after all these alleged behind the scenes moves and after that kick in the nuts last night they still have to have a meeting cause this fsu loss totally blindsided frenk?!!!
The lack of vision and planning is just insane.
Maybe they want to wait to see if fuente can shove his fist in manny’s exit sign so they can be 100% sure.

You think 2 weeks matters to the players or recruits? With early signing nobody is committing in December until they are all about Miami regardless of who is coaching. You think it matters for season renewals or butts in seats for Virginia Tech game? My son is graduating. I can give a **** if it is Diaz or Simpson coaching this Saturday. My renewal hinges on the new AD and who is the new head coach. I can wait a couple of weeks.

Yes, you can talk to their agents right now. My guess is James does not survive the end of the week.
 
I always go back to when Rick was hired he offered a million plus to Dave Aranda to be DC. Of course LSU offered more and the rest is history. I knew when Rick hired Lispy we were f^cked for years. Lispy being Cuban I knew it would be nearly impossible to get rid of the guy. Well here we are in 2021!

Andrew, serious question and a little off topic. Is @IndayArtHauz houses Ban a delete of his account or can he read and just not comment? If he can still read the board I just want to wish him well and let him know Eva and I are thinking about him. Unlike Will Hunting, this is all Manny’s fault.

I think whatever is going on with him is self imposed. He isn't banned and can read the board but he hasn't logged in since yesterday.
