Great film. Should start to get more recognition soon since there wasn't any tape on the kid you had to go watch him play in person to appreciate how good he is. He really does have great awareness and moves fluidly. Would like to see him in situations where he's fighting for the ball, but I guess when you move that fast there will always be separation. Also like his confidence and willingness to block. (newbold)

He loves to hit and wants nothing more than to help his team win by any means. He isnt like most recievers and takes pride in holding onto every catch or making a key block. Hes definitely special.
 
Newbold is a beast. Really hope he has gotten everything together off the field
 
Good **** D$, Newbold is legit. Vision and agility are off the charts.

I cant wait for Fenton's Sr. Highlights. Homeboy has at least 3 KO's +2 PR for Td's this year. But our staff cant give my man his scholly. smh.

One of the issue was the lack of tape till this year.

Some of the catches he's made this year. UNREAL. He's very smooth, fluid. And I have always noticed too, loves to block. Love his game.

The comparisons of a smaller Coley are nice, but I love the comparison to Antonio Brown, very similar game. He's the type of kid that if we pass on him, he'll blow up at another school. We gotta keep Newbold and he wants Miami too.

Fenton needs to be in the '15 class. Like I've said in a previous thread. Just off his special teams ability he is worth the take.

Me, Pete and some others been hyping up Newbold for very good reason. He's the real deal.

By the way. We have another poster on the board very close to a Miami recruit like Shaqs father.

Canes_U_Pride is family with Steven Newbold.
 
Buckshot is one who has to be monitored. Want to see him hit the weights and get a little stronger over the off-season. Could end up being a legitimate 2nd QB for 2016 if he develops. He's very pro Miami.
 
Carol City had some unfortunate luck this year. They were a few bounces their way to a great season. The defense didn't hold up much. They are definitely on their way back though.

He's had an improvement in the off field side of things and more of a commitment to being a better student and hanging out alot less. I speak with his father on a regular basis and I have a great feeling about how much excitement the love of football brings to both of them, but they also understand that same level of dedication has to spill over to the books. Trayone taught the guys at carol city a valuable lesson.

I love Carol City kids. They can ball. They always have a chip on their shoulder. We just had a pretty good one come through our way recently. Anyone remember Allen Hurns? Those kids work hard.
 
Buckshot gets an offer on name. Seriously I like Newbolds tape. You have to treat him like a running back. His yac is impressive.

Agreed.Lots of nail bitters at the beginning of the season which damaged their overall record. I tell you what though, it they were in the playoffs, they will beat 50% of the teams in the 1st round imo.

Not sure what I think of his mechanics, but he is definitely a playmaker, which I would bet on any day.

Don't think anything needs to be said about Newbold. Whoever mentioned taking 6-7 receivers in 2016, it sounds ridiculous but if we get all the guys we want it almost seems hard not to. We shall see how it plays out.
