Steve Wiltfong takes an "official visit" to Miami

are they also still expanding the IPF?

Yes.

I have tried to tell people that the construction timetable has shifted and will be done in phases.

But you still have a couple of ******* trolls who run around telling us it has secretly been cancelled and there are no plans on file with Coral Gables. Which is not true.

I will make a very simple statement. I have not seen ONE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT at the University of Miami be completed within the promised time frame in 40 years. NOT ONE. Every construction promise has turned into year-long or multi-year delays.

The athletic department construction is no different. Somehow, people on the board start to panic about this nonsense. Welcome to Miami.

Comò…When WTF did this football facility project go from 100 plus millions to 400 😳🤯

“Hurricanes great Frank Gore recently called Miami’s Director of Player Personnel Mike Rumpf and said “I like 6 (transfer Damien Martinez), I like (sophomore) Mark Fletcher but that No. 21 he’s going to be next,” referring to true freshman and the team’s leading rusher Jordan Lyle.”

I agree with Frank. Lyle is a different level of talent than we’ve had at that position in a long time

Bc the national hype is getting too big too quick. We haven’t accomplished **** yet.
I LOOOOVE what I've seen, but sticking to my mopey guns that if we get past UL unscathed, then I'll start to BELIEVE.

If we drop 1 between now and then, okay not calamity....but we're just now starting to play "parity" ball.

Let's see if the tape we've put out gets teams to properly adjust & hjow we handle that.

There is no adjusting. Not that can be done by the defenses on our schedule. We have arguably the most talented offensive 3-deep in all of CFB. You can’t scheme your way to victory against this group. It’s going to require a base defense talented enough to match up man for man. Nobody on our schedule can do that. It’ll take an off game for the entire offense to slow us down.

To be fair Dan Radakovich’s public comments a couple weeks ago didn’t help alleviate anyone’s concerns.

@TooColdToHold what specifically do you disagree with here?

Poor writing/editing all over the place.

“None bigger than Ward who they beat Florida Statre and particularly the NFL on”.

A 6th grade English teacher would give this article a B-.
I know L4 English speakers who write way more gooder than this.

Who gives a ****? We already know he says all the wrong things at all the wrong times. That has been proven.

We still have way too many ****y fans who freak out about every word as if it has irrevocable impact.

Again, what part of "South Florida construction timetables" are people failing to grasp? I'm sure that one dip**** poster will be back to tell us how Coral Gables hasn't approved any permits.

Most talented 3 deep in college football
Who has a more talented 3 deep on the offensive side of the ball than us? Or 2 deep. Or even 1 deep for that matter.

All components considered, we have the most talented offense in CFB this year. We've got the #1 QB in CFB. Arguably the best OL (certainly from a pass pro perspective). The only WR core with 3 national award watchlisters and a 4th that will get added to the watchlist mid-season. Likely a top-5 TE group. And we are loaded at RB 5 deep. Nobody else in the country can boast that kind of talent from an offensive perspective.
