State of Emergency-NOAA Link in OP

For posters who live in Dade and Broward, how is it outside now? When will you get the worst of the storm? I hope you are all safe!

It's pretty nice out. Nice "fall" day in South Florida.

This is a total joke. LOL @ the FSU pussies begging for the game to be re-scheduled.

The heat during summer practice is more dangerous than this.

Woah. UF game against LSU is cancelled.
UF is much further north and more in the line of where this thing is headed. And it won't pass through there till much later in the week. Miami has already been in the clear for hours.

I agree. Just passing along info haha no hidden message with my post. If Canes and Noles don't play Saturday I'll be surprised.

Exactly. I just checked the radar and the eye is above Ft. Lauderdale. Freeport is fixing to get hammered.

Thank you all for responding. I'm glad at least Dade and Broward are spared. Hoping the storm turns not as bad as projected for coastal cities north.

Don't be surprised if the game gets cancelled / rescheduled. The storm may not hit Miami, but there may be some perceived Public Relations issues if all of the east coast of Florida is under water and without power by Saturday.

I laughed.

Laugh all you want. All you are showing is your ignorance. If you think the schools aren't having conversations about this very topic with the ACC then you are fairly simple minded

Still laughing.

The ****ing eye of Matthew is already past Miami. Stop the crying and play ball. FSU fans are on Twitter wanting the game to be cancelled cause they can't travel and this storm is already gone. **** *** *****es.

Haven't you been watching the news? They're discussing how the storm will inexplicably get worse as the eye moves farther away from us.

I'm currently in my shuttered house which is 60 blocks directly west of the stadium watching the news as it was just reported all Publix supermarkets in Miami Dade County will remain open while I'm checking on the 30 lbs. of pork we are smoking for the tailgate Saturday. Seen worse weather last Friday. Get them ***** *** semenoles on that plane for the *** kicking they so richly deserve.

Is the quote from Randy in your signature a real quote?

Holy ****.

It absolutely is, terrifying isn't it?

Restaurants are open tonight in Dade. Had lunch at Flanigans in Pinecrest today. Had worse storms last week. Bring on the ***** Noles so they can take this beating they have coming to them.

Looking good for us, lads. No effects in Broward and the same is likely true for Palm Beach, so law enforcement should be well-equipped to handle a single football game Saturday night.

Only way this game gets cancelled is if FSU *****es and moans about travel hindrances, and the ACC gives. Which I don't see happening because FSU shouldn't have any problem getting to Miami Gardens.

Riders on the storm. I am right on the ocean in Palm Beach looking at evil darkness sky coming with the hurricane

The storm will be the first hit Vanilla Ice has had in decades.

FSU wants out of this so badly it's palpable.

I despise the Florida Sports Press outside of Miami. They're such homers for either the Gatah or the Criminoles.

They're leading the charge for a cancellation, because Coach Cuck doesn't have the stones to do it himself.
