Stanford @ Miami -29.5

The bigger question is why you think “P4” makes Stanford better than USF.

You literally are the biggest dip **** on this board. Just here to oppose anything anyone says, if it is not sucking off UM.

What I posted had NOTHING to do with USF. I never singled them out. I posted the OVERALL numbers, which shows a TREND, an overwhelming one at that, that shows Mario in 33 opportunities while at UM has not once, beat a single P4 team by 30+ points. And he has played some awful P4 teams. Overall, he has beaten 9 teams by 30+ in 44 opportunities.

So the stats, and trends, which there is a ton of data show that 80% of the time, Mario has not beaten an opponent while at UM by 30+. And has yet to beat any P4 opponent by 30+.

People are discussing a spread, you know that, right? Trends and data matter. I know you're to slow to understand that, but I am here to help.

Your schtick is old man. Find a new hobby.

You didn’t answer the question.

Your point is that Mario can’t beat any good team by 30. Your error is equating “P4” with “quality”. There is no reason to use “P4” in this context.

As for the personal attacks, that reflects on you more than anything. I get way more positive than negative reactions to my posts.

There is no question to answer. What I stated are facts. You are choosing to single out one team that has zero bearing on the topic.

I never once stated anything about Mario's ability to beat any "good team" by 30. I pointed to data. And all the data supports the FACT that Mario has yet to beat any P4 team by 30 while at UM.

Now for your dumb argument, by trying to point out he has beaten USF by 30 and they are a good team, regardless of being a P4 team, I can just as easily ask you to show me how many good teams has Mario beaten by 30, regardless of conference since he has been at UM? The only answer is USF. Literally, 1 team.

So you prove my point even further. Mario simply does not beat teams, regardless of good, bad, or the conference they belong to by 30 points.

You continue to miss the point that "P4" is an irrelevant variable. It's like saying Mario has never beat a blue team by 30.

Thank you for finally acknowledging that USF is a really good team that we beat by 30, this season.

Lol. Now answer my question. Show me who else Mario has beaten by 30, in 3.5 years here besides USF that is a "good team"?

You are the idiot who missed the entire point here. And that is, that ALL THE DATA shows that he never has beaten any P4 team by 30, has only won 9 games by 30 in 44 opportunities, and the only single good team he has beaten by 30 is USF.

So it is a rare occurence. Hence why so many are stating they are going to take Stanford and the points. Because the data overwhelmingly supports that would be the correct play. Now whether we cover or not is to be decided, but that is not what I am arguing. I have simply provided data to support why they have the position they do. You on the other hand have shown you are simply clueless.

You're just mad that I pointed out a logical error. And that frustrates you to no end, so you have to make it personal. Just think it through next time.

I don't care if it's all freshman backups coming into Hardrock. They gonna be yoked up after that win and come in here looking to make a statement. Better be ready.

I don’t think that will be the case. It’s not uncommon for teams to have a letdown after a huge emotional win like that, and they have to travel across the country. I’m of the belief that the biggest problem against Louisville was the team wasn’t ready to play. That won’t be the case this Saturday. 30 is too high a number, but the game won’t be close and not in doubt in the fourth quarter.
