Stanford @ Miami -29.5

From what I saw, Stanford QB and RG were carted off before half. Back QB is a freshman (true?). Maybe the starting RB got banged up too
RS Freshman. Played some last year and a good amount against an earlier opponent.

They also are without a good defender for a half due to targeting.

Line has moved to 30.5 (ESPN). Time to move on from Fridays nightmare. Great opportunity to bounce back and build some momentum.

How much if you take The Cardinal for straight up W?

This is a game where it feels like we should be up 40 points, but we will look at the scoreboard midway thru the 4th qtr and see we are up by only 10 points. Starters will play the entire game.
Probably being generous.

If expected performance is reached...

27-ish - 16-ish Canes over Stanford

🤷‍♂️

Was it 2004 against UNC that we lost to like an entire mash unit? On or around Halloween.

Naw, we don’t suck “again”.
If nothing else, Canes have been pretty consistent, consistent in sucking.
UF and FSU are just so bad, that everyone thought after wins against those lousy teams that this Miami was some title contender.
Louisville exposed what this team really is.
Look there’s no excuse for that loss we played a terrible game..Beck threw 4 INTs, we spotted them 14 pts and yet still had a chance to steal the game at the end..All we have to do is take care of the football and clean up the penalties and I like our chances to make the playoffs. We’ll have the better team every Saturday until the ACC chip, we just have to play like it.
