RECRUITING COORDINATOR
JARROD KILBURN

I guess this is who Cooney is replacing.

Who the **** is that guy ?

Bo Davis??

****.

Worked for Saban twice and hired by Patricia to work on his defense?

That would be an incredible hire and clearly he could do a lot more than just S&C

So now we know Diaz has more sense than Richt. Instead of putting his defense in the hands of two guys who never coordinated a D before, he is getting one with experience calling plays. He is looking at experienced S&C and experienced OC. Like I said Diaz wont succeed because he has genius schemes, he will succeed by hiring smart top notch staff. Richt and Golden didn't seem to get that. They were more about buddy buddy relationships over winning games.

Hester is starting to make it move for me (no Kenneth).

"Hester has certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association and also has his Speed Agility & Conditioning certification as well as his Level 1 certification from the United States Weightlifting Association."

Certifications can be a dime a dozen but still good to see it there.

Kenneth always makes it move.

From Stack

"Kurt Hester is the head strength and conditioning coach at Louisiana Tech. Prior to that, he served as D1’s director of training. In addition, he is an active strength and speed consultant for Florida State, Tennessee, Illinois, Ole Miss, Alabama, Nicholls State, Grambling State and Miami. Prior to D1, Hester ran and owned HS2 Athletic Performance in New Orleans, where he turned out more than 400 collegiate scholarship athletes and trained more than 50 NFL Draft picks. He also trained numerous MLB Draft picks, high school All-Americans, state championship teams and collegiate national track & field finalists. A graduate of Tulane University, Hester was inducted into the Strength Coach Hall of Fame, and he holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, United States Weightlifting and the Speed, Agility and Conditioning Association."

Ah, so you were in saltwater, yea crocks are pretty elusive unless they want you to see them....whole different ballgame with alligators though.
Nah, he said Everglades City. If he was fishing the back-country it's full of alligators (Gopher/Alligator/Plate Creek(s), Lostmans River, etc). You also see a fair share on the "outside" Pavilion, Clam, New Turkey Keys and Highland Beach.

That’s wild. Maybe it was because I was there around Christmas. Do they hibernate in the winter?
They actually come out more in the winter and sit in the sun, unless it’s unseasonably cold and dark, then they’ll stay underwater more
Anytime I drive across the alley they’re littered on the sides of canals sunning themselves.

This is the mental picture I have when I see them:

Last time I biked shark valley I saw two mama gators swimming with their 2 dozen baby gators, just hanging onto their backs and using their mamas as a floating taxi. It was some real life jurassic park sht.

Really making moves going from a S&C coach who was not able to actually supervise anything to an obese coach to one of these two (hopefully).
