Wouldn't be issue if fckinng Shalala wouldn't of tore down the orange bowl. They should of fixed the stadium
 
$1B wouldn't have fixed the OB...sadly...time just passed the stadium by...and the University didnt have $$$$ muscle to put something up in its place...

If they can just work out a few.more kinks in gameday experience...NSLS would be(is going to be) a world class expereince....

All it takes is one hurricane warning & all those cranes have to come down.
 
They've already got one part of the roof nearly covered all the way up. It'll be ready.

Apparently there are still illiterates alive that have no clue about the role the city of Miami played with the OB site.

People don't realize UM was paying rent there just like they are at Sunlife. If you're renting a house and the roof is collapsing and the landlord doesn't care about fixing it, you don't renew your lease. You move out.

To say this wouldn't have happened at the Orange Bowl makes no sense. Renovations could have easily have forced us out of our opening game there as well.
 
We didn't own the Orange Bowl and the city wanted the Marlins to get a stadium. Landlord said to find a new home.

No way. The tenant always pays a hundred million to repair the place it rents.
