Real question....couldn't this be used as some sort of breach of contract w/ Ross? Just saying...just like the stars aligned for us for the whole Richt hiring, maybe the stars are aligning for us to get out of this lease or reduce the buyout by quite a bit to look at other options. Remember, Blake mentioned that they were possibly exploring other options to play elsewhere several months ago.
