why would you spend half a day on a message board of a team you dont likeFacts
Like I'm on here with y'all all the time. Why would I want us to be bad?

A better question is why spend half a day on a message board of a team you love with people you don't like.why would you spend half a day on a message board of a team you dont like
You could ask a number of porsters that question.why would you spend half a day on a message board of a team you dont like

He has no pain and / or limitations fron the injury. I’m sure he’s not fully back to pre injury with some aspects of playing qb but he’s full go witt no structural or pain issues. After rushing back too quickly last year you can believe he wouldn’t be out there for spring if there was an issue , no matter how small. When he has said out of his own mouth he isn’t 100% yes. Maybe they just took a video at the worst time and he’s okay but seeing that few second video has me concerned given we’re 4 months removed from the season

I mean thats some weird ish forealwhy would you spend half a day on a message board of a team you dont like
These fake-doctor-diagnosis porsts might be some of the dumbest I've seen. He missed his first throw and then nailed the next two, then punished himself with a couple of pushups and proceeded to keep himself stretched and loose.
Good lord, if he was "hurt" (and given when he went through last year) he wouldn't have thrown more passes AND done voluntary pushups.
Oh, but it's "pushing through pain". Sure. Not "pushing through warmups and drills".
And UM voluntarily released a video of TVD being hurt...
Good lord, some of the stupidity you read on this board...
So he’s in mid season form ?I saw a clip of Garcia throwing a pick 6 yesterday if that makes everyone feel better.
He’s the #1 right now with both QBs he’s competing against are hurt.

I think they'd like to but nobody is in the portal with the hopes of transferring just to be a backup. Maybe they can find a kid from a smaller program with more than a year of eligibility and convince him he'd get a chance to audition for the starting job next season?Wouldn't be crazy to pick up a serviceable QB in the portal.
Clearly Ponce and Gattis followed him to Missouri in an effort to continue ruining his career amirite @SFbayCane ?So he’s in mid season form ?
Yep, I've been harping on this since I came on this board. OL Fix doesn't happen overnight as the Canes had hoped against logic it would bethe last two decades. Remember they were boasting about how many starts this OL had just two years ago - Covid hurt us keeping underperformers around longer. Now if they see it's going to be more of the same, that they can't depend on Zion, then go a head and start the Freshman, that's a move for the future. But it will get ugly at times. An eighteen or nineteen year old kid against a 5th year Senior whose been at a training table and living in front of weights while playing for years: think about it.I'm sorry but this makes me both angry and sad. We are so weak and thin at offensive tackle. Clearly poor recruiting/development with Washington and McLaughlin, as they were always considered projects, and have never taken the next step. Behind them... nothing.
So we're left with hoping a gimpy Zion Nelson can get and stay healthy, and that either a RS freshman (McCoy) or two true freshmen can go full-tilt as starters. I know Plan B and C are to find a unicorn in the portal who is starting OT caliber or kick out Rivers. But it's just disheartening to see how gapped we are once again headed into the season.
I know we've had true freshmen play tackle in the past (Winston, Fox, Henderson, Flowers, Donaldson). And I know these two freshmen have infinite potential. But it's completely unacceptable to be the Miami ******* Hurricanes and not have serviceable upperclass OTs.
Jake starting at Mizzou would be crazy. He isn’t ready. So he’s in mid season form ?
Saw a write up elsewhere that mentioned something called "pre snap motion" being used at practice. Who would have ever thought we would see THAT in a UM offense. What’s a slant I didn’t see those last year.

First, the misses have nothing to do with the current staff and this is their real first class... Of the first 5 yesterday 3 were NOT on the team last year and they are the #1 rated OL in the 2023 class, last years starting LG at Alabama and one of the best centers last year from UCF. The 4th is Cooper who is also a Mario guy from 2022 who started to get some experience late in the year. SURE BE CAUTIOUS IN YOUR VIEW FOR 2023. MAKES SENSE, BUT WE MAY LIKELY SEE A LEGIT OL THIS SEASON.Yep, I've been harping on this since I came on this board. My college O-Line had four of us start as freshman, and one soph. Next season we were Top 10 in NAIA Offense with a pair of 1,000 yd rushers - won the conference Ranked Top 15 and went to a bowl. We did that twice as a group ( we had to break in a pair of new Belle Glade running backs our Jr Year). Our Sr year back to Top 10, with twin 1,000 yard rushers. That I've come to realize all these years later, was a pretty rare thing to do.
Canes staff needs to prove they can evaluate this position group in recruiting better than they have - been too many misses (Forget about stars; freaks that big should be dominating on a HS field) The best C we had in recent years was 3-Star Tyler Gauthier from over here in Venice. Played all 13 games that Coastal Championship year, was Hon Men ACC ).
I think the staff is in a good position to develop them, they just need to find some good ones in a hurry. We need Good in-Good out.
