Was Hester a vet when he made his mark? Not saying we have anyone in that category but I wouldn’t rule out a freshman if they could co tribute. No young guys we needs vets
I wanna say that KR vs UF was his first touch in a college football game as true freshman (one year removed from HS)… my bad if I’m off.Was Hester a vet when he made his mark? Not saying we have anyone in that category but I wouldn’t rule out a freshman if they could co tribute.
No young guys we needs vets
Benjamin and DukeRoscoe Parrish would be great. I'd go with Smith as well and Kirk. Seriously, when is the last time we had a kick returner instill fear in the opposing team? Hester? Has it really been that long....
Like who? Only vets I would put back there are Harrell and BSmith but my preference is neither of those although I’m more curious about Harrell.
Why do we need vets back there?
Yup Restrepo gonna be out there for sureProbably X
Yup Restrepo gonna be out there for sure
Agreed. Just a prediction is all. He’ll be out there with us waiting for him to be Berrios because he’s a hard worker and we want to will him to be great…
Meanwhile we have some potential burners waiting to be trusted…
Nah.. let the talent fly… X and #2 were trusted and still fumbled and made ill-advised plays
Agreed. Just a prediction is all.
I did a series on this a few years back called “Hidden Points” and there is a point value assigned to all yards on the field and what they add (or subtract).Joseph and Washington. Maybe lean Washington, as I believe Joseph to be our most talented receiver, by far.
@Lance Roffers can probably confirm, but I have seen studies showing that even 10 yards additional per return on average results in substantial gains in ppg (holding all other things equal, of course).
Yep I agree. No way Johnson redshirts tho. You really don't see rbs getting redshirts anymore. Can’t see Harrell back there with his injury history rather save him for offense. Plenty of other play makers u could put back there like joesph or Chris Johnson if CJ isn’t shirted
Would love for him to get some burn but he really would benefit from a redshirt IMO. He can really bulk up and avoid the same thing that happened to Rooster. All my opinionYep I agree. No way Johnson redshirts tho. You really don't see rbs getting redshirts anymore.
I respect it. Maybe he does redshirt, there are a lot of bodies in that group. I'd assume Parrish, Allen, and Chaney are the top 3 in no specific order.Would love for him to get some burn but he really would benefit from a redshirt IMO. Yup with Fletcher who’s coming into to take Carrie’s away from guys. That’s why I’m hoping CJ gets the year to build his body. With a BSmith Stafford and Ray Ray and others there’s no need to rush Cj onto the fieldI respect it. Maybe he does redshirt, there are a lot of bodies in that group.
