I have no idea. Draw your own conclusions. I just know that if there were some shadyness UM would stay as far away as possible in the current climate.

yeah you right and that's why Quincy Wilson don't have an offer and we kind of backed off Lane... i think the staff is doing the right thing by passing on those guys because when that bubble bust Miami name better not be nowhere around that but u know our name still gonna get brought up in it Miami is like that the one black guy at an all white job they get blamed for everything....
 
Miami is a 7-5 team. lost to FSU at home, was embarrassed on national TV up at Chicago, and got kicked around by KS. no matter what you think the NCAA will come down on Miami it will hurt vs help. we have no D.

this is what recruits hear form other coaches. It isn't that hard to steer the away from us.


win games, develop players and this 7 on 7 coaches steering players away wont' stand.

Players respect other players as well. When Duke, Tracy, Deon etc are all grown up and are 1st round pick materials younger players will flock to them. It is a process and we are building

Bottomline line is that there is a lot of effort being made by these guys and its probably not out of the goodness of their hearts... Hey, everybody has bills to pay... come on man...

The truth is that these recruits are worth HUGE money in terms of the revenue they could bring to a university and other businesses. The environment is ripe for this type of activity, especially since colleges are being limited as to the amount and type of contact they may have with recruits! Catering to recruits (who knows which ways) outside the confines of NCAA oversight programs, outside of HS coaches oversight, on these teams that take you around country on their nickle paying for travel, hotels, food, etc . is a brilliant idea. The guy driving the bus can just sit their recruiting the entire time... for months at a time, while universities have to "log" their phone calls and keep record of their communications etc. This is crazy... I wonder how much its worth to the UF boosters to bag a WR like LANE? What? Can't be. Yeah. Remember Cam Newton, How much was daddy asking for 200 g's??? There is serious cash being passed around... If you don't want to see it...its because your eyes are closed!!!
 
Why not just start a separate team that's not a franchise?

Also, how do you make money on these teams?

Usually were there is smoke theres fire. I wish we would do like Texas and have a state wide 7 on 7, im sure the FHSAA could make money of it since thats all they are about.
 
Brett and Jed Fisch wifes were college roommates. There really good friends so its all a load of crap.
