IT'S BACK! The series you all love is back for the 2026 edition. I will be going in order, from QB to safety, all of the South Florida signees that signed letters of intent with Division 1 football programs. The Vero Beach/Fort Pierce community was displeased on Facebook last year about me not adding prospects from up their way, so henceforth I will be adding kids from the Treasure Coast region. As per usual, if I miss any kids, please let me know in the comments!
Since I started this series in 2023, Dylan Rizk (UCF/Stanford), Keyone Jenkins (FIU), Austin Simmons (Ole Miss/Mizzou), CJ Bailey (NC State), Collin Hurst (Presbyterian), Taron ****ens (Western Carolina), Blake Murphy (Louisiana-Monroe/Prairie View A&M), Michael ****inger (UNC/Liberty), AJ Hairston (UMass) have all started games at the collegiate level. Alberto Mendoza (Indiana/Georgia Tech) is in line to start next year. That is an insane amount for a three-county radius. This class, I expect to see some more starters to emerge at the next level.
Dia Bell, American Heritage (6'2" 215) - One of the most hotly-debated 5 star-ranked players of all time. VERY CONTROVERSIAL PROSPECT. Accurate passer with plus athleticism who needs some development before he takes the reins at the next level. Good deep ball accuracy. Has major durability concerns. Verified 6'2" with 10 inch hands. Claims 4.61 40 and 32 inch vertical. Also starred on the basketball court. Son of NBA veteran Raja Bell. Texas signee.
Jyron Hughley, Cardinal Newman (6'1" 180) - State title winner. Speedy dual-threat QB. I'm gonna go ahead and say it: he reminds me a lot of Denard Robinson. Kid is LETHAL as a scrambler. Accurate, efficient Steve Blake-type point guard as a passer. I believe this kid may have stuck to his guns as a QB, which is why he wasn't highly recruited, because I would EASILY recruit him to play slot receiver/punt returner here at Miami. Laser-timed 4.51 40 as a sophomore, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets down to the low 4.3s with training and development. Listed at 180 pounds, which is extremely generous. Nephew of Notre Dame RB coach Ja'Juan Seider. West Virginia signee.
Michael Clayton, Edison (6'4" 200) - Originally from Central Florida. Transferred in from Seminole HS. Beautiful accuracy on his deep balls. Great accuracy and touch. Strong arm but not elite strength. Not a daal threat. Rivals camp MVP. Won the accuracy contest at Elite 11. Over 6K passing yards and 72 TDs in high school. Led his team to a Pop Warner national title in 8th grade. Reminds me of Michael Penix Jr. Illinois signee.
Mason Mallory, St, Thomas Aquinas (6'2" 185) - West Boca transfer. 2 time state title winner. Broward County Offensive Player of the Year. Dual threat QB that can make plays with his arm or his feet. Elite burst as a runner. Nice touch on his deep passes and good accuracy. Can potentially play WR at the next level, but has the ability to play QB imo. Over 7K passing yards and 97 total TDs in high school. Also played basketball. Cousin of Miami signee Javian Mallory. Middle Tennessee State signee.
