Just my opinion, I think the more I watch this defense the more I think we need to stop recruiting edge rushers at LB and start recruiting bigger safeties to play LB for us. Our Defensive scheme stress two things more then anything and that's speed and making plays in space. Why would we recruit edge rusher who aren't use to playing in space that often?

That's why I like Huff so much. It fits our scheme to a tee. I like Brooks as well but he will have a harder time converting then say a big safety since he is mainly a edge guy. Don't get me wrong though I do like our LB class but I think in the future we should recruit bigger safeties since it would be less of a learning curve for them.

Huff looks so much like Telvin Smith from his long and rangy frame to his playing style and versatility. The diffence being that Huff is choosing the correct school.

That was the kid rumored to be transferring back to us for the 2023 season that never materialized because of coaching turnovers. Him plus Kiko would have been lights out maybe made the difference in a game or three.

Rest of that class is JAG material. Beal’s are so **** important!
