And herein lies the problem. When you have 10 guys on staff below the HC and 7 of them need to be fired without question (Stroud, Hickson, Fields being the three maybes) then you have to cut the head off the snake. You are not wrong that firing 7 guys and the entire defensive staff is unrealistic. That is too much staff turnover for one year when keeping the head guy. But when you bungle your first and most important job so badly, ignoring everything else, that is why Manny should be fired yesterday. That is also why Manny should have never been hired in the first place.

Why would an elite db from BROWARD come to Miami willingly? Those kids are front runners for the most part and if you ain’t the it school they not going to you especially as a db

He also only has 4 CBs for next year, assuming Bandy leaves, only 2 of which have experience.

He’s worse, look at all his decommitments just in the last 3 years alone. Not even going to talk about the flat out misses in stevenson/Jordan battle. Losing too many guys in the secondary

Enos was viewed as a good get by many. Clearly it didn’t work out. Clearly.

Smh ur lost bruh. Giving credit to a coach for bringing in a player that had his father and 2 uncles come to the same school. And having 1 uncle play a huge roll the U part 1 and father be a focal point in the U part 2. De pinga.

They both suck at getting elite DBs to sign with Miami. And Rumph sucks even more at even getting them to commit. What are you trying to prove here?

Sooooo no other coaches on defense that should be replaced in your opinion? LB's didnt replace anyone......didn't they regress? Who coaches LB's?
Again I'm all for replacing Rumph....but there better be other coaches on defense shown the door as well. If not then its just manny protecting his buddies.

Banda sucks at recruiting too and should be gone. For all the misses we have in recent years we might as well just have 1 db coach... clean house, no one deserves to be here after we have experienced 13 losses in the last 2 years
