It’s important to remember Manny isn’t going to get every one of the rumored people out there, but the list he’s putting together is what is so encouraging to me.


The quality of staff he builds will be essential to his success. Most of the previous Miami staffs have been a list of Facebook friends for the HC. I want a team of individuals with strengths where one is weak and with the courage to challenge every idea before it becomes a decision.

Richt had a happy first week on the job as well, but thus far I’ve been impressed with the process Manny is employing.

Manny should only care about results. We are not built for a traditional 3-4.

Through his choices thus far, it seems that he does only care about results, I said what I said about the 3-4 because it wouldn’t bring immediate results, and through Manny’s press conferences he keeps hinting towards quick turnarounds on offense. So he wants quick results. He just wants someone defensively that shares the same philosophies as him so he can trust them with the play calls and he can manage the game like the head coach is supposed fo

So mighty Maryland and Purdue were too hard of a schedule for Ohio State is what you're saying? They both dropped 50 on OSU this year and Ohio State has arguably the most talent in the country
