It's so trippy that he might not be a Cane. I played ball with the son of a Heritage coach, and he swore Sony was the biggest Canes fan ever. He'd tell us what a stud he was since 8th grade and he always said unless Miami football is shut down, he'd be a Cane.

These KIDS have to make the best decision for them and Their family. Probably because we are Canes fans, and think that we have the best opportunity for success through our own orange/ green glasses. Sure, we're biased, but GTFOOH grandstanding about Sony and M. Thomas as if you had something to do with their commitment elsewhere. There are just as many people wrong about these "predictions" as there are right. 50% will always win.

I don't see how they are dirty. There's no rule against giving a family member a scholarship. If a team has space, and has the ability to sign an elite kid, that's actually a very smart move depending on the circumstances. Uga did it with Alec ogletree, offering his brother. He became a first round pick at linebacker. Smart move. Uga also offered John Theus older brother and now John Has been the starting tackle since his freshman year and barring injury will be a Hugh draft pick. Another smart move. Cal did it with Keenan Allen offering his brother as well. Brother became the starting quarterback and Keenan was probably the teams most explosive player and was a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick.

You would be right if Marken wasn't already enrolled at Umass and on their football team. He is not in high school like everybody else you mentioned. Recruiting a player from another collegiate team is a rules violation
