I mean when the recruiting services make prediction they have been wrong some, but when Smith tweets then I know it's done.
It's fine either way, just would think we are in this world where they tell us who will be drafted before the commissioner goes to the podium. It was more fun before to me when u waited to hear it from the source. IDK

Plus we have heard from several people on here that Smith has a tendency to mess things up.

Depends on the state and industry.

In “Right to Work” states like you and I live in, it’s not hard to fire someone unless it is for a discriminatory reason; age, gender, country of origin, religion, handicap . . .

But employers like the certainty of contracts, which are a double edged sword. But I never feel bad for the employer for making a bad deal. Should have known better is my perspective.

As to why Mario keeps certain people on his staff? God only knows.
