Someone PLEASE tell me how to block "FullyEricht"?

I am all for a debate, and a forum to OBJECTIVELY speak my mind. What I am not for, is constantly reading the same regurgitated bull**** in 20 different threads just to garnish a defensive response from actual fans who genuinely want to feel excited about something after 10 years of mediocrity. It's not a debate to these guys....it's trolling. Funny how that only happens on message boards....keyboard savages I guess

95% of the board right now is regurgitating how great every thing Richt does right now. Is it trolling if you love everything about Miami too? There was a thread started suggesting Manny Diaz as a DC candidate before he was thought to have a chance, there were 24 down arrows, 0 up. Now if you have any concerns, people call you a troll or Butch lover.

Personally, while I'm not overly excited about the hire (I can't get those UT Ds out of my head) I'm going to see how everything works with Coach Kool (who I think was an A+ hire).

Look, i know you're a Richt-hater - you've made it pretty clear without actually saying so, judging by your posts since Richts' hire. But what a lot of us want is to just be able to have some freaking optimism for once, without every thread being hijacked by GoldenShowers. Most of us know that Diaz was a backup plan and not anyone's first choice. We're just trying to have some freaking hope and enjoy the "honeymoon" period which comes every time a failed regime is flushed out and a new coach is hired.

FWIW, I don't hate Richt, I hope he kills here. I do have concerns (which I guess means I hate him) bc I watched a ton of UGA games over the years. I'm optimistic that him taking back play calling duties will motivate him again, didn't see that the last few years at UGA.

See the thing is though, you find a way to draw a line from defending an issue, likely based on a legitimate concern such as how few conference championships he had, or how long it has been since he had one, with "Richt-Hater"

I did read in one of his posts he would have preferred Leavitt or even Shannon over Diaz. One a journey man coach who still hasn't sniffed a DC job in 6 years in 3 different programs, and another guy who has been a DC for less time than Diaz and his current defense is worse in many of the same statistical categories he is using to criticize Diaz. That is all I needed to know that he can't be taken seriously.

diaz is a solid dc. sorry he is. fullyericht is wrong. his d is in top 40 in scoring everywhere he goes. usually top 25. scoring d is more improtant then yds. i wish donofrio had understood that. diaz is a good dc. when he has talent to work with his d can be elite. thats a fact

texas problems weren't all on him. there were other issues there he has been very good at msu. yes his yds aren't great but when u put together redzone td pct, pts, tfl's and turnovers they are all extermly good and msu doesn't get the athletes miami does.

look aranda would of been a great hire he went elsewhere. i for one like bo pelini but understand his personality and richt probably wouldnt' of worked well together, diaz is a good hire.

Not sure if you paid attention, but in the beginning when we were getting lit up for 500-600 yards per game, that's all Golden and NoD said was yards don't matter, because our scoring allowed wasn't ridiculously bad. Then they changed their tunes in the later years pointing to yards ranking when we were getting lit up on the scoreboard.

Fine line between devotion and zealotry....guys become an anti-Diaz zealot and it's making every thread un****ingreadable. He needs a timeout.

Generally why I never use Ignore function on message boards. It kind of makes it worse because while he's ****ting all over multiple threads it makes the threads all look like they are merged threads and a little confusing.

B/C the way this school operates it takes a full 2 years of *****ing to get a guy fired. So I'm starting the movement now so that if we look like *** on D next season, which I fear we will, then the heat is already on. I cannot stomach another three seasons of a ******* mediocre to bad defense. If Diaz delivers a typical Diaz defense here, I don't want us to be sitting and going "he needs more time to de-Goldenize guysm!" when he has a poor track record.

This was a bad hire. If it looks bad after year one, it is in our interest to get this guy out, and that will only happen if it's known that this wasn't an acceptable hire for us right now. Taking a massive risk on a guy who got run out of Texas when you have had program-worst defenses recently is retarded.

Do really think you are in a position to criticize, with any credability, HC Richt's staff hires at this point in time?

Do you offer that you are better suited, or on par with, HC Richt to know what is best short/mid/long term for the Hurricane program?

If I understand your argument correctly, HC Richt has made a poor DC hire? One that could set back or doom his tenure?

Leavitt as DC
The Chimp Schiano as DC/assist HC
Randy ******* Shannon as DC
Brown from BC

Have one of the xCane guys block him up high and then the OP can chop block him the entire 2 hour practice in the morning and again in the afternoon.
