You stop with the automatic slurping because of that logo. How did that work out with Enos? How about mcelwain or the countless assistants that have left and haven’t done **** without the built in talent and support staff advantage. It is a very real and legitimate concern and something the coach needs to project out, not just say he was the right fit for Alabama so he will work at XYZ school.

You sound stupid as ****. Mcelwain was a good coach, man recruited gems like Kyle Pitts, toney, trask(who no one was on) and they eventually developed to high draft picks. He could identify talent and was a pretty good coach(10 wins his first season and 9 the next). Enos targeted Tyler van dyke and you see what he’s become. These coaches are at prestigious schools for a reason especially coaching under saban at bama. He’s not just hiring anybody that’s not an asset

Hasn't had to in his career? Cuz he spent 2 years as DC @UTSA, a couple D-2 schools, and a FCS school.
