some convo's i want to share with the board

Sounds like you're in denial about a burned out coach who is substantially worse as a playcaller than he was at FSU. These positive only posts were the same under golden and Shannon too.
Bye Felicia

Can't offer anything intelligent? So richt has been a good playcaller this year? He doesn't have talent to work with? How about the Georgia fans? Are the wrong too?

Get off the board if you can't offer substance.

You literally posted the exact same "inside convos" you had with guys who defended Golden back in 2013.

Talent is the issue, they're tougher than they were under Shannon, etc. It's the same act. All over again.
Exactly this. We also heard the same thing when Shannon was hired. Cokerized players anyone? Lance Leggett, Kyle Wrong, etc.

Enough with the excuses. I don't care what the previous coach left you with. Running up the middle on 2nd and OL behind a weak OL is 100% on Richt.

really? we were down 45-0 to UNC last year at one point. VT had a different head coach.
brad did play better against FSU last year. GT I dont remember. numbers dont tell whole story tho.

I don't care what you remember or don't remember. Those are the results and statistics.

How come Fuente (he is VT's HC) instantly made that team better?

How come we performed better on offense against a better FSU defense in 2015?

Kaaya has regressed this season. Explain that one.
How come

did u read my post? i said what my source said and quote i did not endorse it. as far as im concenred, richt dont get my support until we win. i been fooled enough the last 15 years.

I asked you to ask your source to explain their position considering the FACTS say the opposite. Your source sounds like a potato who you then bring their potato bullchit to CIS.

Oh I've never heard anything like this before.

LOL. Now the narrative is that Shannon left Folden a stacked cupboard and Folden left Rix nothing. When people were making excuses for Folden it was Shannon who left him nothing to work with.

I think this nycane dude is actually crazy. I think he hears voices.

really??? i wouldnt share my twitter or facebook on here but u would be able to see how im in contact with. I have had friends around this program since late 90s

"Sources" are good for specific factual information like brooklyndee brought us with Grace and AQM. I don't give a fck what some fat mouthed dope has to say about fans being dumb and him knowing better because he's "close to the program." I don't need help with opinions on what my eyes are telling me. I'll listen to facts from sources but their opinions are no better than anyone else's.

For instance, no one's closer to the program than Dawn Ballick Jr., and he's never provided a shred of honesty in any of his **** tainted speeches on the fans being too impatient and the coaches knowing best. Ballick has made excuses for every coach and then blamed that same coach the minute he got fired for leaving a mess for the new coach that is currently balls deep in his mouth.

not so. the trend with all 3 was kaaya isnt that good. that was part of reason i posted.

side note, i admitted u were right. i was a slurper out of desperation lol these convos are true tho

So where do you personally stand on Richt?

until he wins, im hoping. i wrote this year off before but if he doesnt close recruits. i will prob have negative opinion. he will lose me if he dont give rosier some burn tho

This fascination with Rosier reminds a lot of the talk back in the day when we had Ryan Collins, and later Derrick Crudup. Rosier was neck to neck and barely beat out the legacy walk on from Texas Tech. He ain't the answer either.

I'm not over reacting either way. I am only believing two sources. 1. Ones that have been proven over the years like Pete. 2. My eyes.

So in reading, Pete has been pretty quiet on all the mess, which is very wise. Now, my eyes. My eyes hurt from the crap I have seen, but I am not sure if it is scheme or talent.

On talent. I am going to focus on Kaaya, because that is what a QB takes on, the glory or the failures of the offense, it is part of the gig. I hear the always thrown around "he has an hidden injury" crap when a QB doesn't perform, which many are pointing to the shoulder from FSU. Ok, I'll give into that conspiracy theory. That has nothing to do with two of his greatest failures.

1. Footwork. He is a statue. In the second half of the game, Richt moved him a bunch out of the pocket with rollouts that showed success.
2. Progressions. In football I have been a part of, they always taught us the 3 Mississippi rule. With each play that is designed, you have three options for passes. Each one, one mississippi look to see if the play is there, then move to your next progression on the play. With each mississippi, you MOVE your feet! Watch Kaaya, watch him. He locks onto progressions at least .5 second to 1 second too long, and never moves his feet. The last sack of the game, he held onto the ball for 4.5 seconds BEFORE the sack. That isn't on the OL, any line that holds up for 4.5 seconds did their job.

Now I am not excusing the OL for anything, they are playing about as horrible as I have ever seen a Miami line that big play. Half of the sacks were of way less than 3 seconds, which isn't Kaaya, but Kaaya has problems much worse than the fathom injury. He is flawed. Now here is the damning part on Richt, he is supposed to be the fuggin QB whisperer. How in the fug is Kaaya regressed on these issues that are not attributable to this injury? THAT IS ON RICHT. If Kaaya isn't listening and regression, we truly do have a problem, and maybe Rosier should play (lets be honest, Rosier is only a scout team QB for this team, and is a were in a whole world of **** if he is playing).

Either way, Richt should get a chance with his own players before any stupid *** banner conversations should occur (I was a banner guy, through and through). This stretch has sucked, but get a grip folks.

Some questions:

1. What does the above mean? How many of "his" players need to make up the roster for us to have success?

2. How come the offense is performing worse than last year in ACC play.

Last year we had essentially the same offense. We return 10/11 starters (including the OL and QB). We lost R. Scott and now we have A. Richards.

2016: GT, FSU, UNC and VT

Yards Per Game: 340 YPG
Points Per Game: 21 PPG

Record: 1-3

2015: GT, FSU, UNC and VT

Yards Per Game: 408 YPG
Points Per Game 28 PPG

Record: 2-2

Why are we scoring a TD less per game? Why are YPG down ~17%?

3. How come other coaches can come in (like our DC or at other schools) and have instant success with the prior coach's roster?

4. Is it safe to see that Richt is not as strong as an OC as he thinks?

i have been pretty accurate on many topics over the years. just because u didnt hear what u want, dont get mad at me. i didnt support what my source said.
end of the day, i have same wishes as u guys and thats to see our program rise to the top again. we are all frustrated and attack each other because we love canes footbal and feel like we are in an abusive relationship with the program at this point.

In the future, tell people your source is one of those that is in the "half these fans don't know anything" boat.

So his players so far - Richards, Pickney, Shaq, Jax. So far, the Frosh look pretty good. Notice I did say I am not supporting or against him yet, and I took a major shot at him about Kaaya's play. My opinion so far, on a limited basis, is he should have an OC calling plays other than himself, however, I am not ready to make a full observation off 8 games. IF we look at what was projected to be of this season, most experts didn't pick us to be all that good this year, and it turns out they were exactly right. We were playing with fool's gold with the cream puff schedule start, at which time I took the opinion we were hyping ourselves up for failure.

All in all, I personally want to see it play out for the rest of the season, the recruiting cycle, and start of the next season before I make calls of Richt was a bust.

i understand your point. that was his words, not mind. i think he hates golden so much that he will give richt alot of room.

I had a similar conversation with a former Cane. He still lives in Miami, but was visiting his dad who lives down the street from me. He was on the last team to beat FSU, played for both Coker and Shannon. He told me that practices under Richt are intense, something that the upperclassmen did not experience under Folden. He also said that before Folden, the parking lot at Greentree was full of luxury cars owned by former Canes in the NFL. Folden put an end to that, did not welcome former Canes. Richt has reestablished the relationship with former Canes.

Richt gets next year. You can always tell in year 2. Play calling is horrible, and this line and the backs although average had much better production under Coley. Really have entire offense back. This freshman group is a more traditonal Miami group and hopefully they are special. Also, we need to get up to 85 players. BTW, 4 winable games to finish up. Will tell us more about the future.

It's easy to say "my sources are accurate" when no one even knew you had any sources or remembers anything you've claimed. I think I remember you making some claims during the last coaching search regarding Davis that were way off.

But, again, no one remembers anything you said because you never say anything specific. So it's easy to claim you're accurate when you're not saying anything and no remembers the empty claims.

Did he mention golden bad mouthing people? he bad mouth players to one another, former players, hs coaches, etc.

Gotta have a couple of difference makers on O. Don't see one...maybe Richards with a good QB. OL is a complete joke. That we can thank Golden for.
.

How come the offense during ACC play, which returns 10/11 starters from last year, has regressed on offense?

How come Golden/Coley were able to get more from them?

LOL at no difference makers on offense.

In my eyes I don't see any regression. They sucked last year and suck now. We couldn't run the ball agsint good teams last year. We were trash last year. We need talent everywhere. How could I judge Richt when he hasn't the worst line in Miami history. It's hard to call any play when your line isn't this bad. The only reason he tries to even run the ball is to keep the defense honest.

I agree with this post.. Richt can not be fairly judge for a few years.. I'm certain i could have called better plays yesterday....ONLY after seeing the results of the play called like I could have did a better job picking my last weekend Lottery Tickets knowing what I know now.. I trust in Richt.. but if he did ask me my opinion i would say get Dorsey... Just wanna win... and we have a far greater chance of winning with Richt at the helm than with me...unless of course i could get the results before calling my plays

two things

I dont think richt trust kaaya. When asked abotu shaq and other fresh he RAVES about them. i heard him talk about corn and walton in a positive manner. with kaaya its normally "he is doing what we ask". richt didnt recruit these ols either. in 2015 they were billed as the greatest OL class in florida history lol

second
I notice body language. in UNC adn VT we were losing and in 4th quarter Shaq was yelling and smacking his hands. yesterday we had a 12 men on the field. AR jumped and starting smacking his hands and yelling. all the other guys just reacted like it was normal. the recruits see it. The true fresh are a different breed. the Lb's, joe jackson, AR, Bethel, even look at Homer, he beats everyone down field on special teams every play. i been around since the 80s. i know the difference. this is two different teams and menalities.

No but Richt did recruit "his guys" on that abomination of a squad at Georgia right now. Explain that one away.

Y'all really comparing Miami situation to v tech. V tech was a qb and new oc away from being solid. They have difference makers on offense. Great wr and the best tight end in the conference. Miami has Stacy coley lol.
