image.webp yeah he certainly looks like he put on some weight from last season

Appears to be upper and not lower body gain. He didn't break tackles last year so hopefully he can improve on that a bit. He does need to get stronger lower body...

You don't wanna put so much on his lower body that he can't maintain his cutting ability and elusiveness. His hallmark is going to be making people miss, not running through guys.

I guess that answers the question where he was for part of the summer.

Wonder if he uses lebron's old connect

Dallas Crawford running a 4.93 forty while our punter runs a 4.57 LOL! If crawford plays over bush, jenkins, or carter we are in trouble. And yes i know its just a forty but he looked terrible last yr back there and apparently got even slower.

I was on this site after Dallas Crawford had like 200 vs UNC

our idiots fans thought he was a complete back, and better than duke.

thats how I know none of you knoww your talkinga bout.

Leg size has a lot to do with genetics. Leg strength has a lot to do with effort.

Gotta play the race card too, a lot of times we're structured different from other races

weren't you talking crap about duke on another thread? you can't be so obvious of a troll. most of your posts are about idiot fans and not about the team

But the S & C equipments don't discriminate when you tailor workouts to blow up your calf thigh and quad. His weight gain (and consequent) appearance is not symmetric.

Obviously, he had easy access to arm equipments (home bars, etc) but not the extensive equipments at a real gym nor the spotters for muscle destroying (and later building) of thighs & calves @ UTough.

When Duke gained his mass, his lower physique got the bulk of the muscle mass gain.

Aqm, gets ragged on about his legs, yet he squats well over 550lbs...there are plenty guys with huge legs and calf muscles who can't squat a ****.

This is true. Barry Sanders had huge legs and was notoriously weak in the weight room.

AQM work out were in a real gym, not a basement or Garage-turned utility room

I'm worried about Yearby putting on too much weight. He didn't look like he had the frame for much more weight coming out of HS.

He's never going to be fast, so I'm worried toi much bulk will take away from his quickness, which is his greatest asset.

Duke is built different. Dumb comparison.

My younger brother is 6'3 230 I'm 6' 220

He works in a gym, i don't like going. He's in great shape, i drink. Hes 24 im 29, but im more defined than him. His calves are HUGE. I squat as much as him jump higher and run faster

Same genes. Point is everyone is different
