Yup. Let's also not forget that recruiting old players was Bill Snyder's model at Kansas State for decades. And yeah, while they had a bunch of 10 and 11 win seasons, they never looked like the machine Indiana was, nor won a natty.

So Cigarette is able to take the worst program in the history of the P4 (literally), work less hours than is the norm, have the lowest blue chip ratio by an overwhelming amount (under 10% - the next lowest was Michigan in the 50's and we know they cheated), and not only win a natty but go undefeated.

Let's not forget "common opponent":

Indiana beat Ohio Taint by 3 (in the state of Indiana)
Miami beat Ohio Taint by 10 (in Dallas)

Sure!!!! Except the green dot loses communication at 15 seconds. They often would switch looks under 10
 
We discussed this the week before the game. It was up to Dawson to deal with it. There is no way the coaching staff didn’t hear the same rumors.

This is why I have always been a fan of running the I formation with a TE or 3 wide.
You can run 40 plays out of the same formation.

Read that with film, AI or with a stolen playbook.

Here is the answer, if anything illegal happened it will come up years later. It's like low key I expect it cause it happened to the team I love on the biggest stage. I would dead *** be shocked if nothing happened. I just feel like when people start talking about something like this you find out like 8 years later that it was true. But it never can change what happened.

It doesn’t even have to be that long, Stallions happened a year after Michigan… no one took away their title.

I wouldn't want the title. Cause then it snowballs to Oregon complaining about a title and then Bama. If I didn't see us win then I didn't see us win. Its good enough for me to know they got caught. I would hate to be handed a title, it would just be terrible as a Miami fan if that was true.
 
Fact is, there needs to be new plays in your back pocket the other team has never seen.
 
The unbalanced line/off set Fletcher TD run was a look I don’t think we ever gave. And then the jet sweep to Toney I don’t think we’ve run out of that particular alignment. Both put their defense in conflict and they were out of position, especially the 2nd Fletcher TD. Crazy how they can be that dialed in yet look completely lost on those two plays.

You could also hack the cloud server that hosts your opponents hudl from game prep, have your GAs and analysts break it down, practice 40 minutes a day, and call it a national championship winning season

We were about to take that game over till the block IMO but it happened and it is what it is man. We here is all that matters and here to stay
