So JT4 wants back in?

There are 330 million people in America and you're using one guy's story to make your point?

No. I am using it as an example because it is a high profile example. This is the case at the largest IB, PE, etc. companies. You wouldn't have heard of the other guys that do this because they never got exposed in the media. I see it on a daily basis because this is my field. I hear stories of this from friends who work for competitors.

No, this doesn't happen at some mom and pop company. No, low level employees do not get this benefit. However, high ranking employees at successful companies do not get disciplined, unless they start costing the company more than they earn OR if they risk getting the Feds involved.

And you are the same guy that thought Richt was a good coach! LMAO. Maybe once you get a real job you will learn how life works. Easily replaceable employees are disciplined. Difficult to replace employees are not, unless they start to cost the company more than they are bringing in.

HMMMM , I read this multiple times and YES this holds true in the work place.

I have an inside salesmen who does on average $250K from his desk a MONTH and his customers PAY and he will surf the net watch videos go out side door for coffee pick up his kids .

When I hear *****ing about it , I take out the criers sales for the month and receivables and show the crier .

If you can do these numbers YOU can work a 4 day week and go home at noon I DON’T CARE ... NOW GO SELL SOMETHING STOP CRYING.

I believe in DOUBLE standards you earn them there perks for producing.

This how I roll , my scoreboard shows it works.

A HUGE DESK OPPOSITE happens when sales drop I walk buy and say
HEY YOU GOT A MINUTE, SCARY WORDS WHEN I SAY THEM .

Hey bro, that's called privilege that comes from rank, position or attained value. But actually no one is indispensable, though sometime there absence is the companies down fall.

Agreed. No one is indispensable. However, here is how it works in the NYC financial sector. If some PE guy is bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars each year and he starts breaking the rules he will not be fired. He could start doing drugs in his office. He could bang prostitutes in his office. He can do whatever he wants. The only way he is getting fired is if the media finds out about it and him being with the company costs the company more than the millions he pulls in each year. Or lets say he becomes so addicted to drugs his performance starts to falter.

The other thing these companies worry about. Is lets say company A disciplines their high powered employees. All of the talent is going to avoid working for that company and company B-F start to land all of that talent. This is a HUGE reason why these companies avoid disciplining their employees.

Like the Pouncey Twins. Devonta Freeman. Joey Bosa. I can go all day naming pro bowlers that got protected from suspensions in college. Not to mention the countless other guys who we have no idea got protected and are shining in the NFL today. Coaches don't come out and say "player A committed a crime, but I covered it up for him".

Sam bruce doesn't fit your narrative because he was disciplined twice. You think if Manziel was only suspended a couple times in college he would have did well in the NFL?

You like to state coincidence as fact. So do you think it is a coincidence that the coaches that have the most lax attitude towards discipline produce the most NCs? Jimbo, Dabo, Meyer, and Saban?

I think you meant that the other way around.

"Do you think its a coincidence that the coaches with the most NCs have the most lax attitude towards discipline.

Nah its because the guy keeps bringing up coincidences. I wanted to know if he also thinks that is a coincidence as opposed to being a benefit of being lax with discipline.

I know the offense sucks.( i see it every week). But the 30 page thread that he was better going somewhere else...everything was the coaches fault.?.?

And yes take him back..

LMAO very true, but these are very profitable companies. They wouldn't allow it if it wasn't the optimal route. If disciplinging employees proved to be more effective. They would switch to that in an instant.

If he wants to comeback just have him sit out all next year like we did with gwIII, cause he was gone have to sit out a year anyway if he transfered to another program, a redshirt year will do him some good. For all those complaining about the freshmen not playing over guys lije cager, and to all those freshmen complaining about not playing, you know redshirting doesnt just help you physically, most importantly it helps you mentally, which alot of our guys need!

Once they are diagnosed, you cut cancer's out, or you risk truly losing a program. These type of extra chance kids get plenty because of their talent level, but eventually they all reach a point where they're too much of a detriment to a team than they're worth athletically.
