So About That Home & Home With Michigan State

So....this has nothing to do with the home and home. What are you getting at?

An investigation reveals a future opponent might have exhibited a lack of institutional control, and therefore could be facing huge penalties that'll impact the quality of their team.

"Uhhh wut does dis have to do wit our game?"

Are you purposely a cross-eyed chimp?

No you fūcking mongoloid, I said what impact will this have on our home and home, that’s what the headline was about. Whether Michigan State is weakened or not? Who the fūck knows. Way too early too tell. Apparently the details of the English language are tough for you to master.

Also, don’t show your complete ignorance, ******. Title IX has nothing to do with the NCAA and institutional control. Learn shlt before you open your dlck trap mouth.

I'd rather be a fūcking mongoloid than a cross-eyed chimp, any day. Either way, that's no way to address D$'s new head writer/owner.

He might want to learn the difference between a Title IX investigation and an NCAA investigation.

Not even remotely the same thing.

Pretty sure Michigan State’s football program possibly losing its head coach and being buried by an NCAA investigation will impact us for 2020.

Won’t impact the Home and Home unless everyone thinks Sparty won’t be playing football in a few years.

PSU plays its football schedule

Baylor plays its football schedule.

Whether it affects the actual quality of the football team is a separate issue. Yes, most likely a negative for them.

But it won’t affect the Home and Home, which was the thread title implication.

The question should be which institution is next .this makes 3 division 1 schools that went through this.what I'd like to is how the gators and noles were able skate through without the same penalties.

PSU proved that sports run that conference... at all costs.
They will get a public shaming with a bunch of empty penalties.

You guys are confusing Title IX stuff with NCAA stuff.

It’s not that simple.

This affects the football and basketball programs two ways: firing of coaches and administrative personnel and bad publicity.

There are no “sanctions” unless NCAA violations are uncovered, with subsequent investigation and penalties, if any. Maybe someone can look this up, but I’m unaware of any Title IX issues turning into NCAA investigations and punishments.

Apples and oranges.

One is the federal government the other is the investigative arm of a college association.

Let's see how much longer Emmert lasts at the NCAA since news just broke that he was informed of sexual assaults at MSU in 2010.

There's a reason why MSU's president went to Betsy DeVos and got her to dump the Title IX recommendations.

There's also a reason why two weeks after they met with DeVos they asked the DoE to have the monitoring of MSU stopped.

There's also this total coincidence where Betsy DeVos' family donated $10M to Michigan State.

Weird how that all worked out.
