Smart = Richt

And using your actual eyes says it's Pickens. Pickens is a true freshman. Cager's a 5th year senior. Freshman do have to get acclimated to this level of play.
No. Using my eyes says up until cager went down, UGA used him as their number 1 WR option. Putting aside opinions and projections. That’s like us saying Jeff Thomas was our best WR his freshman year when numbers, stats and facts said it was Berrios. All in all my overall point to @Liberty City El was UGA WRs core was pedestrian

Crazy to think they have virtually identical records through 4 years and Richt didnt have anything close to the bag game Kirbys had since he took over.

Let's you know that Kirby's not that good. Kirby's already showing corch traits. Two noteables:

1) Made Coley his OC whom isn't taking advantage of the athletes they have on offense.
2) Chose Fromm over Fields.

This isn’t based on one game. He’s got a track record of production and wins.

35-7, 64%, 75 TDs, 16 INTs

I agree on the NFL projections. He’s a backup. But he’s one of the top college QBs by any measure.
Exactly. Maybe he’s a nfl bust maybe he’s Andy dalton or maybe he’s Brian hoyer. Fact still remains he was a elite QB in college as soon as he started. Calling him a bum is like calling Ken Dorsey a bum after the 2002 fiesta bowl

I don't care how UGA used Cager, Pickens is still better than Cager. And no one with a functioning brain said JT was better than Berrios.

UGA the last couple of years has been pulling in just about every 5 star in the nation. I think their blue chip ratio falls just short of Bama and Ohio State. If all rosters are equal, ask yourself who would you rather have - Tua, Burrow, Fromm or Herbert? Fromm's likely going to end 4th (I'm not a fan of Herbert) and who would have the most success? Fromm's going to bust in the NFL. You could see it from a mile away.
He's a dink & dunk game manager QB with limited arm talent & a lack of mobility. The prototypical overrated pocket passer that used to thrive in 90's & 00's era of football.

He's great if you have him surrounded by high 4/5-star players all over, but if you need him to carry the team on his back & lead your team to a comeback victory you're gonna be S.O.L.

Sure he's good in college, you'd have to try hard to not be good at UGA, but as an NFL prospect, big time big time overdraft & high bust rate if you take him in the 1st round. Super average Captain Checkdown.

Dorsey wasn't a dink and dunk passer like Fromm.

A lot of ppl did think that about JT coming into and during that season...so your opinion isn’t based on watching how that UGA offense operated or facts..gotchu

Kirby Dumbass chose Jake Fromm over Justin Fields...

LMAO!

Urban Meyer chose JT Barrett over Joe Burrow

Quarterbacks are more difficult to project these days, given the blended styles and all the instant decision making on read option and RPO. I'm not going to ignore that and play results only.

Bottom line, Georgia blew it twice. You can't expect to have season after season with title opportunities. Giving away the big leads against Alabama two seasons in a row figured to lend to somewhat of a downer season this year. I posted it on a few sites. But I expected a much better effort today, from Fromm and the entire team.

Georgia seemed intent on striking early. Once they had big dropped passes and misfires on the first drive, then a missed field goal on the second drive, they seemed to deflate and mostly accept their fate.

And that's the literal scouting report on him. Watch Beck roll into UGA and they'll still likely run away with the division and win 10+ games like they're doing now. Because UGA has an abundant amount of talent all over their roster.

Both Dalton & Hoyer are *** lol.

Neither have ever done sh*t in the league.

All true but it also reminds you Richt was a good coach once upon a time. **** shame he was so stubborn and unwilling to evolve.

Coley had Cager set up as the #1 because Holloman got kicked off the team prior to the season started, and Coley's always been questionable with his personnel decisions, even while at Miami. I've seen UGA literally play in every single game. If you can't see the talent difference between Pickens and Cager, then you're clearly biased because Cager played here at one point.

I’m leaving opinion out of it..soley off facts and how I saw UGA use cager he was considered to them their top target out of that WR core

Fromm's career numbers are fine. But he looks small and his hands were reject small coming out of high school...8.75

That measurement is largely going to dictate how he is viewed. A few weeks ago in bad weather against Kentucky, Georgia didn't seem to trust Fromm throwing downfield at all.

Meyer at least has a natty to show for that decision. But yeah.....it ended up working out for him.

Fromm is overrated AF!

He surrounded by elite talent, but he's the definition of an average QB.

I agree he’s overrated but let’s be real , Fields would’ve been the same in this crap 1980’s O. Fields is in the perfect situation. , that offense is built to his skill set.Tbh I think Fromm would be better in that system too. It’s very qb friendly and he’s a good athlete , just not good as fields.
