My brother is a 4th grade teacher - he graduated from Slippery Rock. LOL.

That place almost singlehandedly supplies the entire state of Pennsylvania with all the substandard public school teachers it can handle.

Haha. No offense to your bro, of course. I'm sure he's lovely and the exception to the rule.
 
Back in the old days of games in the Orange Bowl on Friday nights, they always announced the score of the Slippery Rock game during halftime. How many here are old enough to remember that?
Absolutely remember this. As an aside, Miami native Fred Goldsmith, was their HC in 1981.
I've watched the Canes since the 60s though with lots of gray hairs to show for it.
