Buchanan isn’t terrible, SJ is the problem. We can accomplish our goals with Buchanan at guard, but we can’t with SJ. Kentwell or Congden need to take that spot.

I agree Buchanan is serviceable, but in a perfect scenario he’s a 2nd stringer still developing and working to start as a junior. I’m not gonna **** on SJ’s potential, but imo it’s too early for both. They need another year of development.

No this Mario playing the older guys. You can't have three centers starting middle of your line. I'd rather take my lumps with the younger guys. It can't be worse then what we saw last night. Mensah goes down say hello to the Pop Tart bowl and flips from our recruiting class
 
Mario can’t play favorites with the OL and treat that group any differently than any other position group. Hold all position group to the same standard. When DL jumped offsides? They were immediately yanked out the game. (David Blay) When a RB missed a blocking assignment..he benched them. (Pringle) ..WR doesn’t play up to standards? You get no burn and your off the team.. (Cam Vaughn)

We are seeing some SERIOUS issues at OL. And it’s been that way for 3 games now. Mario needs to hold the same standard and bench guys and find guys who can play. No other way around it.

I dont think they have made changes because they have nobody else. Cantwell isnt really a guard, Big Ben king congdon seems to be a social media clicks manufacture star who is a developmental lineman who was 3rd string against famu

If after 3 games he’s our best option then we’re fcked.
You can pick the starting LG from Stanford or wake and we’ll be better.

Mirabal has his reasons but those went away at the end of game 3… put up time and admit you made mistakes and make some changes- and life with them

Almost too late— but they could turn this thing around by removing the sore thumbs or rearranging the pieces and adding new blood in there

If Cantwell isn’t ready at OG, why are ya’ll so adamant about putting him at OT?
Our situation isn’t good, but I promise you Mirabal isn’t just putting these guys out there if he thinks there are better options on the bench.
 
He’s just not a P4 guard, especially in our power scheme. Nobody’s hating just to hate, it is what it is.

Buchanan… Whiff!

SJ he’s had for whiffs than Jose Canseco…

SJ isn’t a guard in fact he may not even be a center— Mirabal is buying time and it’s about to force his hand b/c it’s getting late early here with that O line configuration

Buchanan will get better with reps u can see it. SJ on the other hand is blowing assignments and when he does make the correct block he’s getting mauled

Kongdan? All offseason it was said he’s a dude but I haven’t really seen him
