Miami marketing department should throw money at Masvidal to rep the U all the time, wear Canes gear, and say that Miami kids should stay home and represent the 305. Miami has the biggest UFC draw- a dude who loves the U- and will be making media appearances all the time. The school also has the biggest action star in the world- The Rock- pay him to wear Canes swag and mention the U (product placement) in his interviews. The Rock might cost too much, but may take a hometown discount. Masvidal is blowing up, but he wasn't a household name before so the school could probably afford to sponsor him. We cant throw 3 million at recruiting like Clemson but Miami has marketing opportunities that no other school has. They need to be smart and take advantage of it.

Masvidal has the BMF title. High school recruits in S FL need to hear that "The BMF" says BMFers stay in Miami and play for the U.
