Coaches succeed on who they hire. Diaz cleaning house on O shows he knows what's necessary and wasn't coming in to be buddy buddy but to win games. The entire staff is responsible forthe development of the team. And if he instills the toughness and violence in the whole team. Don't make excuses, and don't just hire people because they are friendly but because of their capabilities, he will succeed. He has been at a big school like Texas and at Miami plus Miss St. Once he hires the right people we will be fine. Im just gonna wait and see, i wanted Dino but not gonna write of Manny.
